We ship directly from our production facility in Yerevan, Armenia, to customers around the world.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday.
Shipping Options
We offer three international shipping options.
Economy Shipping
Our standard shipping service is provided through HayPost and your local postal operator.
Depending on your country's postal service, your package will be delivered either directly to your address or to your nearest post office for collection.
The shipping cost is USD 12 for all eligible destinations.
Please note: Due to current customs regulations, Economy Shipping is temporarily unavailable for deliveries to the United States. Orders to the United States can currently be shipped only via FedEx or DHL.
Express Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer FedEx International Priority and DHL Express Worldwide.
To help reduce international shipping costs, Consul covers approximately 50% of the standard FedEx and DHL shipping rates. The shipping cost displayed at checkout already reflects this discounted rate.
Complimentary Express Shipping
Orders of USD 350 or more qualify for complimentary FedEx or DHL Express shipping.

Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the Republic of Armenia, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable duties or taxes will be collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
As customs regulations vary from country to country, Consul is unable to estimate these charges in advance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also sign in to your Consul account at any time to view your order status and track your shipment.
