Product Information
Because many Consul products involve hand finishing and individual craftsmanship, each piece may display slight variations in color, pattern or finish. These natural variations are part of the character of the product and should not be considered defects.
Colors shown on our website may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and photography.
Some collections may be produced in limited quantities or discontinued without prior notice.
Warranty
Every Consul writing instrument is covered by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team. We will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund page for complete details.
